Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $10.00 flat rate shipping to locations in the USA only. For orders with a subtotal over $100, free shipping is available in the USA. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 520 E. Pearl Street, Granbury, TX 76048. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10 a.m.-4:00 p.m. on Monday-Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. For questions regarding same-day pickup, please call our office at 817-579-9044 to speak with a retail sales associate.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thepearl@hotel-lucy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
